Welcome to Kingswood Heritage which was formed in 2020 to acquire the ownership of the roads and verges across the majority of the Kingswood Estate .
Our purpose is the preservation of our verges, roads and landscape which are essential features of Kingswood, adding to the ambience and countryside environment to which we have become accustomed.

Our Village
Our village website provides our community with up-to-date information regarding local clubs and groups, events and our village hall activities.
KRA (Kingswood Residents’ Association) protects and promotes the collective interests of the residents of Kingswood, to maintain our history and natural beauty.
Kingswood Tennis Club
Our friendly tennis club is a hidden oasis and welcomes players of all ages and standards, with 5 courts, 3 artificial clay and 2 tiger-turf soft courts with floodlights.
Lively social activities throughout the year and a great way to meet new local friends.
Kingswood Golf and Country Club
Designed in the 1920’s by five times open champion James Braid, the course measures 6,900 yards and is set amongst the natural beauty of Kingswood. Rewarding and challenging for all standards of golfers, it is spectacular all year round.
Membership options to suit your lifestyle, with a family focus and strong junior section.
The Lodge has eighteen spacious chic rooms for overnight stays.
Surrey Downs Golf Club
The Club was formed in 2001. Designed by Peter Alliss, this 18 hole course provides a true test to golfers of all levels. The course offers fantastic views across the rolling countryside.
Walton Heath Golf Club
The Club was originally founded in 1903. Designed by Herbert Fowler, WHGC boasts 36 holes of challenging Championship level golf set in a wonderful Heathland setting.
Warren Residents’ Security Community Interest Company(WRSCIC) works in partnership with Knight Security Group, keeping our community safe.
It a non-profit community company, who work solely for the safety and security of its members, with an average response time of 2 minutes.
